SH Administrative Coordinator Full-Time - Day Easton, MD.

  • Assists Pharmacists in various aspects of dispensing, including filling medication orders, pre-packing, filling medication carts, and keeping records.
  • Prepares sterile products under direct supervision of a Pharmacist, including TPNs and chemotherapy.

Under limited supervision, provides a variety of administrative services to an organization unit requiring thorough knowledge of departmental practices and procedures. May provide work direction to lower level clerical staff. Administrative coordinators perform administrative support duties for various departments and duties vary slightly based upon the needs of the particular department.
  • Responds to internal and external telephone calls, inquiries and visitors following established departmental procedures. Liaises with third party service providers for the department. Serves as a key interface with other departments to identify and resolve issues. Determines urgency of situation when contacting/interrupting senior staff members/physicians.

  • What You Need to Be Successful:


    High school diploma or GED, and 2 years of administrative experience are required. Associates degree and 4 years of administrative experience are preferred.
